In this leadership role, you will oversee all case management services, ensuring that individuals and families are supported with clear plans, consistent engagement, and measurable progress toward stability. You will supervise case managers, strengthen documentation and HMIS practices, support grant compliance and reporting, and build partnerships that expand access to workforce, behavioral health, and financial resources. This role works closely with shelter leadership to ensure services are delivered with consistency, accountability, and dignity, helping each person move toward their own version of independence.
