Position:  Volunteer & Community Engagement Manager
Reports to:  Executive Director
FLSA Status:  Exempt
Work Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday with flexibility for evenings, weekends, volunteer activities and organizational events.
Summary of Duties:
The Volunteer & Community Engagement Manager leads Fifth Street Ministries' volunteer program and serves as a highly visible ambassador for the organization.

The VCE Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, engaging, retaining, recognizing and celebrating volunteers; developing relationships with churches, businesses and community groups; coordinating volunteer communications and in-kind needs; leading the Bagged Lunch Program; and managing the logistics and volunteer needs of major organizational events.

The Manager reports to the Executive Director and works in close partnership with the Director of Philanthropy.
