In this role, you’ll offer individual and group therapy, conduct comprehensive assessments, and create individualized treatment plans to support healing and empowerment. You’ll collaborate with shelter staff, case managers, and community partners to ensure continuity of care, while also leading educational workshops on topics such as trauma recovery, self-esteem, parenting, and healthy relationships.
