Are you passionate about helping individuals and families move from crisis to stability? Fifth Street Ministries is seeking a compassionate, organized, and housing-focused Shelter Case Manager to join our Client Stability & Outcomes team.

This full-time position provides trauma-informed, person-centered case management for individuals and households staying in our emergency shelter. Working alongside community partners and an interdisciplinary team, the Shelter Case Manager helps clients overcome barriers, develop individualized stability plans, and move toward safe housing and long-term self-sufficiency.
